Impeachment Trial Suggestions

A few URGENT comments on the trial of Trump:

To defang the House Counsel argument on subpeonas, the House managers should detail all of the specific delegations on the issuance of subpeonas, especially House Intelligence.

On witnesses, point out that if they believe that Trump did not get due process in House Intelligence, they can depose any of the witnesses shown during the trial by the House Managers after the question period - provided they also give up Bolton

Get someone from SDNY before House Judiciary or Intelligence to testify on Parnas, Furman and Giuliani investigations, especially regarding the money. No one really cares about election meddling if they think that their vote gets counted. No one would have changed their minds about a Ukraine investigation. Following the money from the Trump Super PAC and GRUdi to Parnas to Firtash (all documented in Parnas case filings with money from Firtash to Mrs. Parnas stipulated) is clear evidence of real election interference and an opening to a discussion on Treason. GOP Senators think all is fair in campaigning. They cannot defend treason, however. Explicitly link their vote against witnesses to support of Firtash and Putin. Once you go there, expect Trump to resign before the trial ends. Also if you get Bolton. No President will ever be removed before he can resign.

Show Roberts confirmation tape on Hamdi and issues of presidential discretion, especially the portion where he discusses how presidential autonomy is less when the Congress has acted. I doubt the White House Counsel is aware such footage exists. They certainly did not show it to Trump or you would not be there.

Regarding calling the Bidens, no trade for Bolton. Instead, trade them for mental health experts describing how Trump's fixation on them is a sign of his insanity.
