Arrest and Remove Donald Trump

The objectors had no hope of victory, because the 12th Amendment specifies that only validly appointed electoral votes are used to calculate the majority. There were never enough votes, even if all the objections were honored, for Donald Trump to be elected. Donald Trump should have been declared ineligible for election by Congress under the 14th Amendment, Section 3, as an insurrectionist, with Michael Pence's named as the recipient of all votes for President.

Trump must be arrested by the Secret Service pursuant to a warrant issued by a federal judge upon application by the US Attorney for the District of Columbia. The Mayor has officially declared the action a riot, which Donald Trump incited. Upon his arrest, the Vice President and Cabinet has no other option but to remove him from office under the 25th Amendment. As an insurrectionist, he can no longer legally serve.
