About the Vice President

Vance has an urgent question to consider for his own good more than for the good of the U.S.  Is he with Trump or America? Was he acting when he called Trump Hitler or is he going along to get along now. J.D. will probably be President and will be forced to run on either his record or his statements. If Trump is ousted or dies soon, he will have a record to run on. If not, he needs to tone down the rhetoric (unless he is a true believer) and start working with reasonable Republicans behind the scenes to protect the U.S. from the full force of Trump's delirium.

He could be the same calming influence that Mike Pence was, working with Deputy Secretaries and the Chief of Staff to quietly prevent harm, although letting Trump think they are letting him be Trump.

I hope the VP has Trump on speed dial, for his own good and the good of the nation.
